2008 Champion of Champions
The 135th Wayland Agricultural Show was held on 3rd August and has been hailed as a great success!
Already the committee has received many messages from exhibitors and members of the public expressing the view that this years show was the best ever.
Early rain cleared before the gates opened and the rest of the day was warm with some good sunny periods. This was ideal for the many animals entered at the show. The Moto Stunts Team display drew large crowds to the main arena.
WE ARE PLEASE TO ANNOUNCE THAT THE COMMITTEE WAS ABLE TO DONATE £12888 TO LOCAL CHARITIES IN THE YEAR ENDING 31ST MARCH 2008

Volunteers
We are looking for new committee members to join the Wayland Agricultural Society. Can you can spare one evening a month? Or maybe you’d just like to be a helper during the Show. We have a most active and friendly committee, but many hands make light work.
